Lisa Stewart, a licensed Realtor specializing in residential sales since 1995, was awarded the Realtor of the Year award in 2015. Her passion and commitment is to help others attain home ownership. Her dedication to educating her clients on the process of buying and selling has been very rewarding to her over the years. In addition to real estate, she is also a licensed title agent for 25 years as well as a certified mobile notary. With her real estate and title service knowledge, she is able to make the transaction a gratifying experience for her clients. Over the years, she has partnered with mortgage lenders and other real estate service professionals to conduct first-time home buyer seminars and promote awareness of home ownership in the community. She has served in leadership for the past five years and is currently serving as a Director and Vice Chair of the South Broward Regional Board. She has also served the past five years as a Florida Realtors Director. In 2022, she will proudly serve as the Vice President of the South Broward Regional Board and looks forward to making a difference in her community. She believes in reaching out and engaging in other partnerships and is currently a member of Nahrep Fort Lauderdale, VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals), as well as a member of NAREB South Florida. Lisa says that we never stop learning how to do our business better and is proud to have attained her NAR endorsement for C2EX and has set herself a goal of encouraging other realtors to do the same. She prides herself on staying connected and involved, and she does this by joining committees such as Community Outreach and RPAC at the local level, and at the state level, she will serve on RPAC Member Involvement, Member Diversity, Fundraising Subcommittee, HOA-Condo, and Attainable Workforce Housing Breakout Groups for 2022. And if that is not enough, when she is not working on her real estate business, she enjoys baking. Her specialty desserts are cheesecakes.
